How do I send the artwork of my products?

You may submit your artwork in formats like Adobe Photoshop (PSD, JPEG, TIFF, BMP) or Adobe Acrobat (PDF). We recommend using PSD for the best clarity, as JPEG can lose detail. Our user-friendly online customization tool allows you to select pre-designed bags and add your modifications. Alternatively, you can provide clean, camera-ready laser-printed artwork copies.

Can Vadalo Bags help me print my business logo and any design customisations of my choice on the bags?

Absolutely. We specialize in crafting custom-printed eco-friendly bags, allowing you to incorporate your logo, tagline, unique designs, personalized messages, or other elements as per your preferences.

Product Samples

How can I get samples of the products I like? And how long will it take to reach me?

We provide product samples upon request. Please send your inquiry to info@vadalobags.com, and we’ll share all necessary details. Sample preparation typically takes 7–10 days, and they are shipped on a “TO PAY” basis, requiring your account details with an international courier service.

Freight and Shipping

What is the freight carrier system you use? And what is the freight rate?

We offer both sea and air freight options. Sea freight is our standard shipping method, while air freight is available for faster delivery at a higher cost. For a full container load (FCL), sea freight costs approximately 15–20% of the order’s total value. For less than a full container load (LCL), rates range from 20–25%, depending on the shipment size.
